Who’s the founder ?
The beginning
Cecile Lammer was born in 1991 in the North of France. After graduating from Nantes University & SUIBE Shanghai in 2015. Cecile started her career in logistics and supply chain in China. Opportunities lead her to Hong Kong in 2017 where she started a new position allowing her to travel around the globe and cooperate with a variety of people such as suppliers, importers and retailers.
The New world
In early 2020, when the Covid-19 Pandemic started, the end of global travel for all was announced. China and Hong Kong closed down their borders: Quarantine started. Signing the beginning of a “New World”. The key was to adapt and act quickly not knowing what would happen next. A life-changer that brings new opportunities and mindset.
A new start
As a young female entrepreneur and founder, Cécile believes that our fast-growing and adapting environment needs compassion, knowledge and understanding. Those values could change the way of doing business globally and improve international communication and cooperation between parties. Our mission is to empower organizations to nurture their people by understanding their unique challenges and crafting programs that align with their strategic goals.
