Who’s the founder ?
International Business Experience
Cecile Lammer‘s journey to CEICIA began in international business, logistics, relocation, supply chain and strategy, fields where coordination, cultural differences, pressure, and fast decision-making are constant.
After completing a dual Master’s degree in International Business and Economics from the University of Nantes and SUIBE Shanghai, Cécile began her career in China before moving to Hong Kong in 2017. Her work across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and LATAM markets gave her a practical understanding of how organisations operate across culture, complexity and uncertainty.
From International Operations to Human-Centric performance
Through this experience, Cécile saw that organisational performance does not depend only on strategy, system or processes. It also depends on people: How they build trust, adapt to change, communicate, make decisions and take action under uncertainty.
This led to one of her strongest beliefs: empathy, communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability and risk awareness are not “soft skills“. They are competitive advantages and essential business capabilities.
The creation of Ceicia
In 2022, Cécile founded CEICIA, to support organisations in evaluating and developing their Risk Culture and Risk Management capabilities.
Today, through consulting, training, certifications and workshops, we support leaders and teams in creating healthier work cultures, leadership, clearer decision-making, deeper risk awareness and greater resilience.
