France Alumni Day 2025!

On May 31, 2025, we gathered with students from Hong Kong who studied in France. It is impressive to hear them speaking French and navigate a new culture with ease.

Intercultural perspective

As French expats living around the world, we see the world from a French perspective. We are amazed to discover new cultures, cuisines, and lifestyles, but we don’t necessarily take the time to contemplate France from a foreign point of view.

Experiencing the French culture from an international student’s perspective, discovering their love for the French cuisine, their wonder at our beautiful castles, architecture, and the thousands of landscapes our country has to offer is refreshing.

Thus, it leads me to take a step back and think: “How can I discover France from a new perspective the next time I visit?”.

Surely, I am amazed by the local culture, charming villages and the incredible nature we have. We should always remind ourselves that we all come from a place that someone will find special and cherish.

Scholarships and job opportunities 

Congratulations to all the students who received the scholarship to study in France. Once in a lifetime opportunity! This was possible thanks to their incredible grades and determination. It takes courage to leave one’s comfort zone and explore the world at a young age.

Celebrating young entrepreneurs from the French Alumni Association

A special thought to Nikita, a young entrepreneur lady who started her brand called “Busy Brew”, a thoughtful lactose-free coffee drink with a delicious taste. You can’t get enough of it!

A kind-hearted event organised by the French Consulate, Campus France Hong Kong and supported by the sponsors. Cherishing the cooperation between France and Hong Kong, bringing our respective cultures together!
