Who’s the founder ?
The beginning
Cecile Lammer is an accomplished international business professional with a strong background in business development, leadership, communication and cross-cultural leadership. Born in the early 90’s in Northern France, Cécile graduated with a dual Master’s degree in International Business from Nantes University & SUIBE Shanghai in 2015. She launched her career in China, where she quickly advanced into a managerial role within the logistics and supply chain sector. Her expertise in this field provided her with critical operational and management experience. In 2017, new opportunities brought her to Hong Kong, where she transitioned into a role as an International Business Developer. This position involved extensive global travel and collaboration with a diverse range of clients and partners. Through these experiences, she has cultivated deep expertise in international communication, strategic leadership, and business consulting, specialising in navigating complex, multicultural environments.
The New world
The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, which halted global travel and led to strict border closures in China and Hong Kong, marked a pivotal moment: The beginning of a “New World”. This period was a profound life-changer, reinforcing her belief in agile leadership, people-centric management, and the paramount importance of employee well-being as the foundation for sustainable business success.
The start of ceicia
In 2022, Cécile founded Ceicia, a company dedicated to transforming workplace culture through emotional intelligence (EQ) and employee wellness initiatives that drive both efficiency and productivity. Her expertise lies in strengthening interpersonal relationships and guiding teams through an effective conflict management approach, enabling organisations to develop a resilient work environment. Through her journey from corporate management to entrepreneurship, Cécile has cultivated deep, practical expertise in international communication, strategic leadership, crisis management, and human-centric business consulting. Ceicia empowers organizations to nurture their people by understanding their unique challenges and crafting programs that align with their corporate strategic goals.
